Paving Net Fees
Only pay the PN fee when your project wins. There are no fees associated with lost projects or paperwork generated for your bid package. PN charges 2.5% commission on DBE projects, 7.5% on SBE projects, and 10.0% on DVBE projects. The commission is only applied towards supply purchased from PN. Any supply purchased beyond your purchase goal with PN is commission free.

On federally funded projects (DBE), when you utilize participation via construction supply you only receive 60% credit towards your goal. Example: $10,000 = only $6,000 towards DBE participation.
