Paving Net is a contractor and supply company that operates nationally. As a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) we provide an advantage for those bidding on state and federal jobs. We are owned and managed by a disabled veteran, an experienced contractor who has worked in the contracting field for thirty years. Currently, Paving Net has over 4000 contractor and vendor members. We make a special effort to employ veterans and we work closely with disadvantaged business enterprises (DBE).

Henry Sprague became a licensed C12 (Earthwork and Paving) and C32 (Parking and Highway improvement) contractor.

After working ten years in the field we patented the technology for a paving tool used for spreading asphaltic materials.

After over thirty year of experience in contracting and supply a working relationship was formed with programmers at Stanford University. Paving Net was then developed as an internet application bringing together contracting and supply, with a desire to promote innovation and improve government and private sector cooperation.

A new automated marketing system was launched to integrate our customers with suppliers around the country.
